Charity Truck Pull 2022

the team at evolution strength & fitness, together with a fantastic group of over 40 participants, came together to each pull a lenham storage lorry - with the 18 Tonne Artic Lorry being the most popular vehicle pulled for the first time ever, and by more of the ladies than ever too!

More than just raising money, the Annual Charity Truck Pull is about helping people achieve (what 99.9% of population perceive) as the impossible, meet new people and forge new friendships etc etc as well as pulling a Lorry, which let’s be honest is cool as hell!

As always we could not have done this without help from our #gymfamily, so a massive shout out to you all!! Including but not limited to: Martin Bellis, Pia Goemans, Rocky Troiani, Alex Knight, Kerry-Ann Hamilton, Mummy G, @cardsmnstrong, @lovehandlepower, @ja_will97 and Rachelle Hampton.

A huge thanks to both Lenham Storage Co Ltd and Fastlay Services for supplying the vehicles, as without their support we literally couldn't do it!

Thank you to For Food Sakes for feeding and watering us all day too - The cheesy chips were worth the wait. a big thank you to Shannon and the band for entertaining us.

You should all be very proud of yourselves, it takes guts to step up and do something so far out of your comfort zone, but even more so with the pressure of raising money for a cause that means something. You should all take a bow ...and here's to the next one!
